Founded in 1950, Morialta Uniting Netball Club has had a storied past that has lead us to grow to our largest ever size, with 24 teams taking the court in season 2022.

This week was Life Member week, and we acknowledge all of our Life Members and thank them for their many years of service to the club. As such, this week's ⭐️s have been selected based on service, whether it be big or small. We also want to thank all families that contributed to the Mother's Day stall, whether it was through baking, planting, crafting or buying, your efforts were greatly appreciated. We wish all mum's a Happy Mother's Day today. May you be surrounded by love.![]()

⭐️1. Mia L was new to the club over the Summer season, playing in U13s and immediately embraced the notion of community. Yesterday she brought in pink donuts, which were very popular. Thanks Mia!![]()
⭐️2. Adam Schutz is dad of Evie in 11C and was part of a dynamic duo who worked the BBQ, not just once, but two week's in a row. We appreciate all parents who work the BBQ and canteen as we know that means that it's harder to watch your child play. Thank you.![]()
⭐️3. Darryl Reimann is the other member of our BBQ duo, doubling down on BBQ duty. We love that other family members are also prepared to serve the club.![]()
⭐️4. Our next ⭐️ of the week, is Deborah who is the Manager of the A1 team, which she has been for the last 6 years. Deborah has been a Morialta community member for over 12 years, managing a team each season. We really appreciate your commitment.![]()
⭐️5. Meredith is our last nominee this week who worked the Mother's Day stall with Deborah at the alternate times to her game commitments, where she manages two open teams. Meredith has been a manager every season for the 16 years that she has been part of our club = 32+ managing gigs!!

Thanks to Adam Sexton, Rowan Kilsby and Phil Johnson for heading ‘down’ to the courts then ‘up’ to the lights this morning, replacing the globes to make sure everything is working again for our evening winter training sessions. ![]()
